Our mobile outpatient physical therapy in home program is designed to maximize a patient’s outcome and help to facilitate a faster recovery at the comfort of your home for the patients who are unable to make it to the outpatient clinic . We will come to the patient’s home and perform their clinical assessment and of their home layout, accessibility, and safety. We will recommend appropriate assistive equipment, give safety suggestions regarding the home layout, and explain what to expect for recovery and rehabilitation exercises.  Frequency/duration depends on patient's clinical presentation and diagnosis . This program can be offered either in person or via telehealth and is covered under Medicare part B and private pay.
