Yogi Rehab offers secure audio/video virtual visits in circumstances where a patient's symptoms can be evaluated via video. Telehealth visits can also be useful in cases where a visual evaluation can help us determine whether a subsequent visit might be required. At this time we offer telehealth for our our medicare , medicaid , anthem & self pay patients.
A telehealth visit is scheduled in the same manner as an in-person visit. Please call/text 216-245-2625, and if it is determined that a telehealth visit would be appropriate for the nature of the problems or concerns, you will be given an appointment time for your physical therapy session or you can schedule it online.

For telemedicine visits, we use a company called doxy.me, which only requires connecting to the therapist's personalized room link in a web browser through a phone, laptop, or desktop computer with a webcam and speakers. There is no need to download an app or create an account.

You just have to click on the waiting room link below during your scheduled time with the physical therapist

Here are some tips to enable you and the Physical Therapist to get the most out of your telemedicine visit:
Close all other programs, stop any streaming videos, and limit other internet usage in your place of residence prior to the visit
When you log in, be sure to give your web browser permission to use your camera and microphone if necessary
Choose a location private and quiet with good lighting.
